In line with the Government's advice amid the current situation, we are making some adjustments to our standard work practice.

We are doing our best to operate as normal as possible, but due to some staff working from home, we have made the following small changes:

1. We now only ship small parcels via Royal Mail every other day. Larger parts that are sent via Parcel Force are still collected daily, but you might experience slight delay with shipment due to reduced workforce with the courier company.
2. You might experience a slight delay with your email and telephone response from us. But rest assured we will always do our best to get back to you as soon as possible.
3. You might experience some delay with orders on parts that are currently out of stock. This is due to reduced international flights and some of our partners closing for business.
4. We are currently not able to ship all Genuine BMW parts until our business partners have returned to work. For urgent service parts we can still try to source them from our European partners please contact us info@ssdd-motorsport.com for these enquiries.
5. Majority of our partners abroad are still operating as normal
