Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online catalogue and add items to your shopping basket that you wish to purchase.
We accept credit/debit cards and other payments via Paypal Merchant services (www.paypal.com); or you may wish to call us and place your order by phone. You can also pay by offline methods such as cheque and bank transfer. Please send e-mail to us if you wish to pay by alternative methods. Goods will only be dispatched after cheque clearance. We do not store your financial details.
You will be required to enter your contact telephone number at time of ordering on the website. This enables us to contact you quickly should we need to discuss your order with you.
Return and Exchange of Goods
Should you wish to return or exchange an item you must inform us within 7 days from date of delivery and obtain a goods return/exchange email confirmation. If you contact us by phone we will discuss your request with you and advise the next step. Return or exchange of goods can only be accepted if you have contacted us for this request. Unless otherwise agreesed in advance, customers are responsible for all return posting and handling charges and goods must be returned with all the fittings and instructions in a re-saleable condition. Goods returned incomplete or with torn or damaged suppliers packing will be returned to you and postage charged. We recommend you use insured service in case of damage in transit, as we cannot exchange or refund for goods returned in damaged condition. Unless goods are faulty the initial postage and packaging fee cannot be refunded.
We recommend you send the goods by recorded delivery and we accept no liability for goods posted by you but not received by us. We also reserve the right to charge a handling/re packing charge on returned items.
If you are swapping a product for an item of greater value, we will send request to you to make further payment.
Refund or exchange cannot be given to items that are special order or on special offer, or custom made items. You will be notified by us at time of ordering if this item is a special order item only. If we agree to accept a return of a special order/custom made parts we reserve the right to charge an admin fee but this must be agreed with us in advance.
Due to the nature of some of the products we offer, sometimes it is not possible to give an exact delivery time. Orders normally cannot be cancelled/refunded simply there is a delay on the estimated delivery time. We try our best to give the most accurate ETA for your order at all times.
Shipping and Handling
Orders within the United Kingdom are sent by Royal Mail or other carrier services. Usually all deliveries must be signed for. Special order and custom-made items may be sent direct from the supplier and can take longer and approximate delivery time can be obtained upon request.
Please contact us for shipping and handling rates if you are ordering from outside the United Kingdom or live in areas such as Scotland, Northern Ireland, and island locations.
Cost of delivery will be calculated automatically in the checkout area. If you are unsure how much the delivery will cost please contact us prior making the purchase. Delivery costs of products are normally calculated by the size, weight, and dimensional weight of products, and are divided into different weight categories. Delivery and Handling
We attempt to dispatch your order as soon as possible (in many cases the same day / next day we receive your order, but excluding Saturday and Sunday).
We would expect you to receive your order WITHIN five to seven WORKING days. If item needs to be sent by courier, we will contact you to arrange a suitable day for you to sign for the parcel because the courier will charge for re delivery attempts and the charge will be payable by the customer. If no one is at home to sign for the parcel, the delivery agent will leave a note advising how to get your parcel.
Sometimes due to the weight and size of your order we will send it by carrier and this may result in higher P&P charges.
***IMPORTANT: Claims for missing or damaged goods, can only be investigated if reported to us within 3 days from the day you receive your delivery. This is set by some of the courier company(s) we use and we cannot raise a claim after this period if goods are damaged in transit.***
Please inspect the parcel before signing for the delivery.
Back Orders and Special Order
We tend to keep most products in stock in the UK. If your item is not in stock, we will back order it and send it to you as soon as possible. You will be notified by e-mail or phone immediately if this is the case.
A 25-50% non-refundable deposit will be requested for Special/Custom Order items depending on the item. You will be given an estimated delivery time and be advised when your item is ready for dispatch. Outstanding amounts needs to be paid in full before order can be dispatched to you. Special/Custom order items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
All GENUINE BMW BRAND parts listed for sale on our website, if they are not in stock in UK and have to be ordered in from Germany, wil be considered as SPECIAL ORDER. Return/Exchange for these parts will incur a min. of GBP £36.50 handling charge. If one of your order needs to be ordered in from Germany, we shall inform you by email straight away.
Tax Charges and UK VAT
If you are a customer from abroad you must pay for the custom clearance charge and other import costs associated with your country's import regulations. For more information please send us an e-mail for shipping quote.
Order and Payment Processing - We will aim to ship out all stock items as soon as possible, and we sometimes may contact you regarding delivery options. If one or more item(s) is not in stock, we will contact you to discuss options and provide an ETA whenever possible. We reserve the rights to refuse a sale if there is a pricing mistake, or items listed for information and description only (usually no price will be listed on such product's page). Processing of a payment and an automatic acknowledgement of an order does not constitute a legally binding contract.
Carbon Fibre Materials
Some of our carbon fibre products are 100% genuine carbon fibre, and unless mentioned otherwise, they are made using high quality reinforced fibre plastic resin laminated with real carbon fibre with clearing UV protective gelcoat (lacquering). Sometimes carbon fibre products can have small blemishes in the resin/gelcoat or small unever weave around awkward areas. This does not affect installation and does not represent a faulty product. We do our best to carry out checks before sending out orders to the customer to make sure they meet our quality level.
Aftermarket Parts: Many of the products we offer come from the aftermarket sector, and with all aftermarket products (non original manufacturer's parts) there needs to be a tolerance level in terms of quality and fitment. Although we inspect and make sure all products pass our own quality check, however, due to the nature of the manufacuring process (e.g. hand made) and materials used, blemishes and small imperfections cannot be counted towards as defective item. Items that do not pass our quality check we will list and sell them in the Specially Discounted section at reduced prices. These items are sold as seen and are non refundable.
It is advisable to find an experienced bodyshop/garage who have good experiences in installing and fitting aftermarket products. If special fitting instructions are needed on certain parts we will always try to explain it to you before you buy, or include a special sheet when dispatching the product together.
Fitting and Usage
Any product advice and instructions supplied (if applicable) are purely for references only. We always recommend professional fitting for our product. We do not cover for any damage caused to the vehicle due to incorrect usage and incomplete/incorrect installation. We cannot be held liable if products are fitted incorrectly and/or not by a qualified professional person. Products are sold on the suitability for non public road use only unless otherwise stated.
The majority of aftermarket products are made from either: FRP, CFRP, carbon fibre, and ABS plastic materials. Each material has their own strength and flexibility to withstand pressure and impact. But as is with most aftermarket items, there is a possibility of breakage if the product impacts with an object and/or with excessive force and air pressure. By purchasing our products, you accept the responsibility to install and use the product(s) at your own risk. You should also consider the implications if your car is lowered.
Coupon and Discount Codes:
Coupon and discount codes are not valid on purchases for products that are on offer or are already discounted. Coupon codes do not apply to GENUINE BMW manufacturer parts. Some coupons requires minimum purchase amount to become valid.

We do not share your personal information with any third parties other than when orders are processed as part of the order fulfilment.

Guarantee and Manufacturer's Warranty
All items for sale are brand new unless stated. Most lightingtems are covered by the manufacturer’s 1 year warranty unless otherwise stated, if in doubt please check with us first before purchasing. We do not offer warranty on exterior carbon fibre parts apart from fitment and quality issues and if these are present we will always advise the customer before they make a purchase. Please refer to each manufacturer’s own website for terms and conditions. This doe not cover any defects or damages as a result of wear and tear through normal use or accident, or used for racing and track days. Warranties and Guarantee apply to parts only and does not cover the costs of labour or transit/postage and any other associated costs. Please contact us in advance if you have further questions regarding our guarantee terms.

READ ME BEFORE USING THIS PRODUCT
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING CARBON FIBRE PRODUCTS
Thank you for choosing SSDD MotorSport, a family-run business you can trust since 2003.
SSDD MotorSport specialises in supplying genuine and high quality aftermarket styling and performance products. Our products are developed to a high standard using the most modern technologies available such as wet laying, vacuum infusion, vacuum transfusion, and pre-preg with autoclave. Method of manufacturing selected for each product depending on the performance and market requirements of each product. All products are hand-made to the highest quality however minor flaws might still be present and we would like to take this opportunity to address these in detail.
Carbon fibre is produced by thousands of threads sewed together in various patterns and directions. The patterns can be diagonal (2x2 3K twill weave), or straight (1x1 3K plain weave) for different visual and strength performances. Raw carbon fibre materials are supplied in huge rolls and often there are minor pattern imperfections. By imperfections we mean the threads are not aligned during the weaving process.
PRODUCT WITH MINIMAL FLAW
Whenever possible our manufacturing partners will try to avoid using these flawed sections of clothes however sometimes it is not possible to avoid them all together.
In most cases we lay the carbon fabric according to the best performance direction, and the reason for doing this is to provide the focus on overall rigidity rather than visual needs alone. However various shapes and edges on some products mean that the clothes need to be stretched to follow the curve resulting in a change in patterns. This visual imperfection is not considered a manufacturing defect but natural characteristics of hand-made products.
In some cases you might also notice some black glue or a black line in between edges of a product (e.g. spoiler). It is usually a result of the bonding of two combined products used to form the skeleton, as well as to reinforce the strength of a product. The black line is a joint line of a product made from two pieces combined together and an overlapped method is used to avoid wind trap.
INSTALLATION AND HANDLING
It is advisable that all composite products should be handled and installed by qualified technicians. Always wear protective clothes and use suitable tools. If in doubt please consult a qualified person or contact us for help.
Please be aware that aftermarket products requires experienced persons to fit, and in some cases modifications or removal of certain car body parts are required. The way some carbon fibre products are made means that the aftermarket product could become thicker or more ‘curved’ than the original part. These products will require trimming and removal of bumper or bonding agents for installation to achieve a better result. We try to supply fitting instruction whenever possible.
Carbon fibre by nature is a very strong product, however the resin and gelcoating and other chemicals used in the manufacturing process could react with heat and rays. We do not recommend using chemical based washing detergents to clean these products to avoid unwanted reactions.
After installation, check all fitment, bolts and screws and any bonding agents to be fully secure and set before set off in your vehicle. We advise checking the fixings on a regular basis as they could become loose.
MINOR DAMAGE AND IMPERFECTION REPAIR – Wet Sanding and Polishing
Although carbon fibre is very strong, however the surface gelcoat that give the product it’s shininess could be damaged when impacted.
If you happen to damage or scratch the surface of product, sometimes it is possible to carry out some DIY work to correct or improve these damages. Use good quality wet/dry sand paper in the follog order: 1000-1200-1500 Grits to remove minor scratches. We recommend using wet sanding method with soapy water. After sanding you may use cutting compound to remove the sanding marks, followed by quality polish/wax to bring the glossiness back to normal.
The wet sanding method can also be used to correct any minor scratches and swirl marks happened during delivery. Small air bubbles could appear from time to time during temp change, and this method can too be used to flatten small air bubbles or some haziness appearing on top of gelcoat.
CAUTION: Take extra care when sanding, do not over sand as you could go through the surface gelcoat.
SHIPPING AND WARRANTY

We examine all orders prior to shipping them to the customers, and we try to test everything we sell before offering them to the end users whenever possible.
We strongly advise you to check all contents when the package is delivered to make sure no damage has occurred during transportation and report any problems to us within 7 days. This will allow us to raise a claim with the shipping company as they have a time limit for reporting any shipping damages. Failing to inform us about this might result in your claims being declined.
In rare cases, if you find that a product has been damaged in transit or a fitment issue, please contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try our best to resolve it for you in the quickest manner possible. When contacting us please include as many photos and as much details of the issue to help us deal with the enquiry more efficiently.
Our warranty on exterior products covers fitment issues only as there are many external elements that could affect the appearance of the clear coating. Unless otherwise stated, other branded products are covered by manufacturer’s own warranty and this could differ by brand.
We do not cover return shipping charges unless a product is faulty.
Damage caused to a product during installation or from use of parts not supplied by us.
Damage and changes in appearances caused by external forces and elements.
We reserve the rights to change the warranty conditions without prior notice.
