SSDD Motorsport was founded by Teddy Hsu in 2003 in the UK, who started modifying his first BMW (1989 E30 318i) at the age of 17. Since then Teddy has owned, driven, and modified several his own BMWs including E30, E36, E34, a few E46s, E46 M3s, X5 and few more modern cars of different makes. After much travelling abroad since finishing university, Teddy started to bring in exclusive BMW tuning parts and accessories from all over the world and pass on the savings to his friends, who helped him test product quality and returning feedback to the suppliers and manufacturers. It is to no one's surprise that Teddy soon after started SSDD Motorsport to sell quality BMW styling and tuning products to customers in the UK and abroad at very competitive prices than most of his market competitors. Since 2010 we have expanded our product range and now also offer premium automotive styling and tuning products for other prestige makes and models.
Today SSDD Motorsport is a UK registered limited company and sponsors many online BMW forums and communities. SSDD motorsport also attend various shows across the UK throughout the year including BMW Annual Festival and BMW Show at Santa Pod Raceway. Our ethos today is to be a very responsible company, and we try our best to operationalise our core business responsibilities in all of our strategies and business practices. At the moment we reuse and recycle 86% of our product and packaging materials and we are working hard to reach our target of 95% in the coming years.
